What should I do if I receive a damaged or defective product from Oben Electric and want a refund?

You can cancel your booking with Oben Electric and get a full refund of any partial booking payment before the payment of the full booking amount. Send us an email at hello@obenelectric.com to cancel your booking.

In case of cancellation before the full payment of the booking amount, we have a refund policy. You are eligible for a full refund of any partial booking amount, which will be credited to your source account within 7-10 business days.
